A copy of the image of Our Lady of Gietrzwałd has begun a pilgrimage through the Łukta Deanery in the Archdiocese of Warmia. The St. Nicholas parish in Sząbruk served as the first stop for the traveling icon.

Father Jerzy Waresiak, the parish priest, said the visit offers an opportunity for the parish, especially children and families, to entrust themselves to her maternal care.
