Pope Leo XIV has appointed Most Rev. Michael Kwiatkowski as the new Metropolitan Archbishop of Winnipeg. The nomination was proposed by the Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian Catholic Church. Bishop Michael Kwiatkowski was ordained a priest in 1986.
