Pope Leo XIV appoints Mons. Eustache Ntamwe Makoyo as Bishop of Kabinda Diocese. Makoyo was Rector of St. Charles Borromeo Preparatory Seminary. The appointment fills the vacancy created by Archbishop Félicien Ntambue Kasembe's transfer.
