In brief

Religious men and women gathered for a regional meeting to discuss mental health and self-care within consecrated life. The meeting, organized by the Inter-Regional Association of Bishops of Africa (IMBISA), centered on the idea of caring for oneself in order to care for others.

The event brought together 29 participants representing 22 congregations from 8 countries within the IMBISA region.
