Pope names Serhii Kippa auxiliary bishop of Kyiv-Zhytomyr

The Holy Father has appointed Rev. P. Serhii Kippa, OFM Cap., as auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Kyiv-Zhytomyr (Ukraine). He was previously superior of the Custody of the Capuchin Friars in Ukraine. He will hold the titular see of Marazane.
