Pope accepts Dell'Oro's resignation, appoints Pytlowany bishop of Karaganda

The Holy Father has accepted Bishop Adelio Dell'Oro's resignation and appointed Msgr. Piotr Pytlowany as bishop of Karaganda, Kazakhstan. Pytlowany was previously a priest fidei donum of the archdiocese of Przemyśl, Poland. He has served in various roles in Kazakhstan.
