The Ukrainian community of Parma celebrates Ukraine's 35th Anniversary of Independence. The annual Ukrainian Village Parade starts at 11:00 a.m. on State Road. The St. Josaphat Ukrainian Festival follows at St. Josaphat Cathedral.
