Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller laicizes San Antonio priest

John Mary Foster, a priest in the Archdiocese of San Antonio, was found guilty of schism and excommunicated. He had called Popes Francis and Leo 'usurpers' and founded the Mission of Divine Mercy. Archbishop Garcia-Siller warned Catholics not to follow Foster.
