The Church of Santo Cristo de la Salud in Málaga will host a series of events from September 28 to October 4 to mark the 800th anniversary of the death of San Francisco. The program includes floral offerings from various Franciscan brotherhoods, lectures, Eucharistic adoration, a concert, and Mass.

The schedule begins Monday, September 28, at 19.00 with floral offerings from the Reales Cofradías Fusionadas and the Congregación de la Divina Pastora, followed by a lecture from Salvador Jiménez of the Orden Franciscana de los Frailes Menores. On Tuesday, September 29, at 19.00, the Cofradía de El Rico and the Hermandad de los Estudiantes will present offerings, followed by a talk from Ana Medina. On Wednesday, September 30, at 19.00, the Archicofradía del Huerto and the Hermandad del Santo Cristo de la Salud will participate in offerings before a lecture by priest Francisco Aureoles de Gorostiza.

On Thursday, October 1, at 19.00, the hermandades of la Santa Cruz and la Esclavitud Dolorosa will present offerings, followed by Eucharistic adoration led by Pedro Marín Galiano of the Orden Franciscana Seglar. On Friday, October 2, at 19.00, the Hermandades of the Dulce Nombre de María, the Virgen de Araceli, and the parish groups of la Llaga en el Hombro and la Dulce Resignación will present offerings.
