Házas Hétvége Mozgalom celebrates 25th anniversary in Csíksomlyó

The Házas Hétvége Mozgalom celebrated the 25th anniversary of its appearance in the region during the first Saturday Mary greeting in Csíksomlyó.

More than 30 walking pilgrims arrived at the shrine for the event, which was organized by the ferences kolostor in székelyudvarhely. The gathering also commemorated an event from 110 years ago when people sought refuge from advancing Romanian troops in the ferences templom in székelyudvarhely and kolozsvár.
