Bp Peter Suphot Roeksujarit został mianowany biskupem diecezji Chiang Mai. Przyjął sakrę biskupią 29 lipca. Był dyrektorem Narodowego Centrum Duszpasterskiego Baan Phu Waan w Sampran.
