Vatican official says Pope Leo will not change Latin Mass restrictions

Cardinal Arthur Roche says Pope Leo will not change Traditionis Custodes. Roche is prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments. He made the statement in an interview with The Tablet.
