Venezuela attends RECLAC assembly

The first assembly of the Red de Comunicación de América Latina y el Caribe (RECLAC) was held in Santiago de Chile. Venezuela was represented by Pbro. Willians Costa, Director of the Centro de Cultura, Educación y Comunicación. The assembly approved the organizational structure of RECLAC and assigned responsibilities to Venezuela's representative.
