Bishop Jonáš and several priests consecrated the renovated interior of the Church of Zosnutia Presvätej Bohorodičky in Varechovce on Sunday, August 30.

The ceremony included the consecration of a new altar, iconostasis, and throne. During the solemn liturgy, the bishop explained the process of consecration to the congregation in his homily. Local mayor Matúš Kuzma and parish administrator Šimon Gajan welcomed the bishop to the event.
