Data Export Terms of Use
These terms govern datasets purchased or downloaded from catholicintelligence.com/store.
License
Your purchase grants your organization a perpetual license for internal use: outreach, research, planning, and integration into your own internal systems. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or substantial part, as a dataset.
What the data is
Every file is cut from the Catholic Intelligence database on the date
stamped in its data_as_of column. Coverage varies by
parish and by field. Empty cells mean we do not have that fact; we do
not guess, pad, or fabricate values. Row counts shown at purchase are
the actual counts in the file.
Refunds
If a purchased file is not as described, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Keep the file or delete it; we trust you.
Corrections
If you find an error, tell us at [email protected]. We will investigate, correct the record where the evidence supports it, and send you a refreshed file. If we cannot resolve a material problem with a purchased file, we will refund it.
No warranty
Data is provided as is, compiled from public sources and our own research. It is not legal, canonical, or financial advice.
