The Archdiocese of Vrhbosna, seated in Sarajevo, is the metropolitan see of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with origins as the medieval Diocese of Bosnia and elevated to an archdiocese in 1881. Its suffragans include Banja Luka, Mostar-Duvno, Trebinje-Mrkan, and Skopje. Archbishop Tomo Vukšić has led it since 2022.
