The Diocese of Srijem is a Latin Catholic diocese in Serbia, created in 2008 when the historic Diocese of Djakovo or Bosnia and Srijem was divided. It is suffragan to the Croatia-based Archdiocese of Djakovo-Osijek and is led by Bishop Fabijan Svalina.

History
Covering the Serbian part of the Syrmia region, the Diocese of Srijem (Latin: Dioecesis Sirmiensis; Croatian: Srijemska biskupija; Serbian: Сремска бискупија) is a Latin Church see of the Catholic Church in Serbia, belonging as a suffragan to the province of the Archdiocese of Đakovo-Osijek. Its episcopal see is the Cathedral of St. Demetrius in Sremska Mitrovica.
