The Diocese of Srijem is a Latin Catholic diocese in Serbia, created in 2008 when the historic Diocese of Djakovo or Bosnia and Srijem was divided. It is suffragan to the Croatia-based Archdiocese of Djakovo-Osijek and is led by Bishop Fabijan Svalina.
