History
Bauru, a city in São Paulo State, Brazil, is the seat of this diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Bauruensis), which belongs to the Ecclesiastical Province of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Botucatu, seated in the city of Botucatu, also in São Paulo State.
