The Diocese of Sao Carlos is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in Sao Paulo state, Brazil. Erected on 7 June 1908 as the Diocese of Sao Carlos do Pinhal and renamed in 1957, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Campinas.
