The Diocese of Itabira-Fabriciano is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in Minas Gerais, Brazil, created in 1965 by Pope Paul VI. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Mariana with sees in Itabira and Coronel Fabriciano.

History
Two cities, Itabira and Coronel Fabriciano, share this diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Itabirensis-Fabriciannensis), which forms part of the ecclesiastical province of Mariana in Brazil.
