The Diocese of Itapetininga is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, established in 1998 from territory of the Diocese of Itapeva and the Archdiocese of Sorocaba. Its current bishop, Dom Luiz Antonio Lopes Ricci, took canonical possession in April 2025.
