The Metropolitan Archdiocese of Pouso Alegre is a Latin Church see in Minas Gerais, Brazil, erected in 1900 from the Diocese of Mariana and elevated to an archdiocese in 1962. It has been led by Archbishop Jose Luiz Majella Delgado, C.SS.R., since 2014, with suffragans Campanha and Guaxupe.

Seated in the Brazilian city of the same name, the Archdiocese of Pouso Alegre carries the Latin title Archidioecesis Pouso Alegre.
