Archbishop Moacir Silva, the archbishop of Ribeirão Preto and president of CNBB Regional Sul 1, presided over the sending Mass that concluded the event on September 27.

Bishop Sérgio Aparecido Colombo represented the diocese alongside Father Alexandre Nascimento, the diocesan pastoral coordinator, and Father Josias Fernando da Silva, an advisor for communication and youth ministries. Sandro Cardoso also attended as a representative for the youth ministry. Tânia Cortez and Rony, state coordinators for the Family Ministry, were also present. Edite Neves, the diocesan coordinator for communication and vice-coordinator for the national communication ministry, served on the official event coverage team and participated in a discussion group.
