The Metropolitan Archdiocese of Ribeirao Preto is a Latin Church see in Sao Paulo state, Brazil, erected as a diocese in 1908 and elevated to an archdiocese in 1958. It has been led by Archbishop Moacir Silva since 2013, with suffragans Franca, Jaboticabal, and Sao Joao da Boa Vista.

History
This Brazilian archdiocese (Latin: Archidioecesis Rivi Nigri) is seated in the city of Ribeirão Preto. On Wednesday, April 24, 2013, Pope Francis named Bishop Moacir Silva, who had been serving as Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of São José dos Campos, as the next Metropolitan Archbishop-elect of Ribeirão Preto.
