Saint John the Baptist in Curitiba is the Ukrainian Greek Catholic (Byzantine rite) metropolitan archeparchy for Brazil, seated in Curitiba, Parana. Erected as an apostolic exarchate in 1962 and raised to a metropolitan archeparchy on 29 November 1971, it is not a Latin Rite see; its sole suffragan is the Eparchy of Prudentopolis. The current archeparch is Volodymyr (Valdomiro) Koubetch, O.S.B.M.

History
Curitiba in Brazil is home to this Ukrainian Greek Catholic archeparchy, the Archparchy or Archdiocese of (São João Batista em) Curitiba (Latin: Archparchia Sancti Ioannis Baptistae Curitibensis Ucrainorum), which also serves as the metropolitan see of a Ukrainian Greek Catholic ecclesiastical province there. That province counts a single suffragan: the Eparchy of Imaculada Conceição in Prudentópolis (Ukrainian).
