History
Kingston's ecclesiastical province in Ontario, Canada, counts among its suffragans the Diocese of Peterborough (Latin: Dioecesis Peterboroughensis), a Latin Church jurisdiction seated at the Cathedral of St. Peter-in-Chains in Peterborough, Ontario. Daniel J. Miehm, previously an auxiliary bishop of Hamilton, became Bishop of Peterborough by appointment of Pope Francis on March 10, 2017.
