The Apostolic Prefecture of Haizhou (Haichow, Donghai) is a Latin rite missionary jurisdiction in northern Jiangsu, China, erected on 9 June 1949 from territory of the Diocese of Shanghai. It depends directly on the Dicastery for Evangelization. The prefecture is vacant; its only ordinary, Ferdinand Lacretelle SJ, served from 1951 until resigning in 1983.
