The Apostolic Administration of Harbin is a Latin rite pre-diocesan jurisdiction in Heilongjiang, Manchuria, China, exempt and directly subject to the Holy See. Its cathedral is the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Harbin. Joseph Yue Fusheng, its first native ordinary (2012), was recognized by the Vatican on 22 September 2018 under the China-Vatican agreement.

Its cathedral, the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, stands in Harbin, in Heilongjiang province, PR China.
