The Apostolic Prefecture of Qiqihar (Tsitsikar) is a Latin Church missionary jurisdiction in Heilongjiang province, China, exempt and directly subject to the Holy See. Erected in 1928 as the Mission sui iuris of Tsitsihar from the Vicariate Apostolic of Kirin and elevated to an apostolic prefecture on 17 August 1931, its episcopal see is St. Michael's Cathedral in Qiqihar. Bishop Joseph Wei Jingyi has headed the jurisdiction since 2000.

History
In Heilongjiang province, China, the Apostolic Prefecture of Qiqihar (or Tsitsikar) (simplified Chinese: 齐齐哈尔; traditional Chinese: 齊齊哈爾; pinyin: Qíqíhā'ěr) is a Latin Church missionary jurisdiction whose cathedral episcopal see is the Cathedral of St. Michael in the city of Qiqihar. Exempt from any ecclesiastical province, it is directly subject to the Holy See.
