The Apostolic Prefecture of Lingling (Yungchow) is a Latin rite missionary jurisdiction in Lingling (Yongzhou), Hunan, China, immediately subject to the Holy See. It was erected on 12 May 1925 from the Vicariate Apostolic of Changsha and entrusted to the Franciscans. The see is vacant; in 1950 it counted about 4,064 Catholics.
