The Diocese of Facatativá is a Latin Church diocese in the Department of Cundinamarca, Colombia, erected in 1962 from territory of the Archdiocese of Bogotá and the Diocese of Zipaquirá. It is a suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Bogotá.

Covering the northwestern part of Cundinamarca Department in Colombia, the Diocese of Facatativá (Latin: Facatativensis) has its see in the city of Facatativá and belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Bogotá.
