The Diocese of Zipaquira is a Latin rite diocese in Cundinamarca department, Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bogota. It was erected on 1 September 1951 from the Archdiocese of Bogota. Its seat is the Catedral de la Santisima Trinidad in Zipaquira.

Zipaquirá, a city in Colombia, gives its name to this diocese (Latin: Zipaquirensis), which forms part of the ecclesiastical province of Bogotá.
