The Diocese of Zipaquira is a Latin rite diocese in Cundinamarca department, Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bogota. It was erected on 1 September 1951 from the Archdiocese of Bogota. Its seat is the Catedral de la Santisima Trinidad in Zipaquira.
