Latin-rite diocese seated at Jerico in the Antioquia department of Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Medellin. It was erected on 29 January 1915 from territory of the Archdiocese of Medellin, suppressed in 1917, and restored on 3 July 1941. Its seat is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mercy in Jerico.
