The Diocese of Santa Rosa de Osos is a Latin rite diocese covering northern Antioquia department, Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe de Antioquia. It was erected on 5 February 1917 by Benedict XV from the Diocese of Antioquia. Its seat is the Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquira Cathedral in Santa Rosa de Osos.
