The Apostolic Vicariate of Puerto Gaitan is a Latin rite missionary jurisdiction in Meta department, Colombia, exempt and directly dependent on the Holy See. It was erected on 22 December 1999 from the suppressed Apostolic Prefecture of Vichada and territory of the Diocese of Villavicencio. Its seat is the Catedral Maria Madre de la Iglesia in Puerto Gaitan.
