The Diocese of Ciego de Avila is a Latin rite diocese in central Cuba, suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Camaguey. It was erected on 2 February 1996 from the Diocese of Camaguey, taking in Ciego de Avila and Sancti Spiritus. Its seat is the Catedral de San Eugenio de la Palma in Ciego de Avila. The see is vacant as of 2025-2026 per catholic-hierarchy.

In Cuba, the Diocese of Ciego de Avila serves as a suffragan of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Camagüey. Its episcopal seat is St. Eugene's Cathedral in Ciego de Ávila.
