The Diocese of Holguin is a Latin rite diocese covering Holguin and Las Tunas provinces in eastern Cuba, suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Santiago de Cuba. It was erected on 8 January 1979 from the Archdiocese of Santiago de Cuba. Its seat is the Cathedral of St. Isidore in Holguin.
