Its seat is the Cathedral of the Assumption in El Burgo de Osma, with the Co-Cathedral of St Peter in Soria; the see was listed sede vacante at research time (June 2026).

History
In northern Spain, the Diocese of Osma-Soria (Latin: Oxomen(sis)-Sorian(a)) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory serving as a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Burgos. Its cathedral, the Catedral de Santa María de la Asunción in El Burgo de Osma, is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary; a co-cathedral, the Concatedral de San Pedro dedicated to St. Peter, stands in Soria; and a minor basilica, the Basílica de Nuestra Señora de los Miagros Miagros, stands in Ágreda, Soria, Castile and León, Spain.
