The Diocese of Wrexham is a Latin rite see in Wales, erected on 12 February 1987 from the Diocese of Menevia. It is a suffragan of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Cardiff-Menevia, with its seat at the Cathedral Church of Our Lady of Sorrows in Wrexham. Bishop Peter Brignall has led the diocese since his appointment on 27 June 2012.
