The Diocese of Syros (and Milos) is a Latin rite see based on the island of Syros in the Greek Cyclades, historically one of the principal Catholic centers of Greece. Bishop Petros Stefanou, who had led Syros with Milos and Santorini since 13 May 2014, resigned on 11-12 April 2025. The see is vacant, with Archbishop Sevastianos Rossolatos appointed apostolic administrator.

History
Two Greek cities, Syros and Milos, host the Diocese of Syros and Milos (Latin: Dioecesis Syrensis et Milensis). This Latin Church diocese of the Roman Catholic Church forms part of the ecclesiastical province of Naxos, Andros, Tinos and Mykonos.
