The Diocese of Escuintla is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in southern Guatemala, erected on 28 July 1994 from a territorial prelature. Its cathedral is Nuestra Señora de Concepción, and Bishop Ángel Antonio Recinos Lemus was appointed ordinary in March 2026 after transferring from Zacapa.

Raised from a territorial prelature on 28 July 1994, the Diocese of Escuintla is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in Guatemala, a suffragan within the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Guatemala. The Catedral Nuestra Señora de Concepción, in the episcopal see of Escuintla, serves as its cathedral.
