The Diocese of Požega published the liturgical calendar for Saturday of the twenty-fifth week in Ordinary Time. The schedule includes readings from Prop 11, 9 – 12, 8 and Ps 89, 3-4, 5-6, 12-13, 14 and 17, as well as Lk 9, 43b-45. The calendar identifies the feast of Kuzmica – sv. Kuzma i Damjan. Diocese of Požega marks feast of St. Pio of Pietrelcina
The Diocese of Požega observed the feast of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, a priest, according to its own liturgical calendar. The diocese provided readings from zr 30, 5-9, Ps 118, 29. 72. 89. 101. 104. 163, and Lk 9, 1-6. Liturgical reflections encouraged the faithful to seek a personal encounter with Jesus through their words, actions, and decisions.
