History
A Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in Hungary, the Diocese of Pécs is known in Hungarian as the Pécsi Egyházmegye and in Latin as the Dioecesis Quinque Ecclesiensis. Its cathedral, the Cathedral of Pécs, carries a dedication to Saint Peter and Saint Paul.
