The Archdiocese of Zagreb is the primary Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese of Croatia, founded in 1094 and elevated to an archdiocese on 11 December 1852. Its suffragans include the dioceses of Bjelovar-Križevci, Sisak, and Varaždin. Dražen Kutleša has been archbishop since 2023.

History

Centered in the capital city Zagreb, the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Zagreb (Latin: Archidioecesis Metropolitae Zagrebiensis; Croatian: Zagrebačka nadbiskupija i metropolija) is the central Latin Church archdiocese of the Catholic Church in Croatia and the country's metropolitan see, covering the northwestern continental areas of Croatia. Dražen Kutleša is the present archbishop.
