The Diocese of Isernia-Venafro is a Latin Church diocese in Molise, Italy, formed in 1986 by the full union of the historic dioceses of Isernia and Venafro. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Campobasso-Boiano, with its seat at Isernia Cathedral and a co-cathedral at Venafro.

History
In Molise, the Latin Church maintains the Diocese of Isernia-Venafro (Latin: Dioecesis Aeserniensis-Venafrensis), suffragan to the archdiocese of Campobasso-Boiano. The union dates to 1852, when the historic diocese of Isernia was joined with the diocese of Venafro to form the diocese of Isernia e Venafro. Isernia Cathedral is the seat of the present bishop, while Venafro Cathedral serves the new diocese as a co-cathedral.
