The Diocese of Kontagora is a Latin Church diocese in Niger State, Nigeria. It began as an apostolic prefecture in 1995, became an apostolic vicariate in 2002, and was raised to a diocese on 2 April 2020 under the Archdiocese of Kaduna. Bishop Bulus Dauwa Yohanna has led it since 2020.

The Nigerian city of Kontagora holds the seat of a Roman Catholic diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Kongtagorana), a suffragan see within the Kaduna province.
