The Diocese of N'Dali is a Latin Catholic suffragan see of Parakou located in the Borgou department of northern Benin. It was erected in 1999 from the Archdiocese of Parakou and has been led by its founding bishop, Martin Adjou Moumouni, since that year.

History
Within Benin's ecclesiastical province of Parakou lies the Roman Catholic Diocese of N’Dali (Latin: Dioecesis Ndaliensis), centered on the city of N’Dali. Its social outreach is carried out through Caritas N'Dali.
