The Diocese of Maroua-Mokolo is a Latin Church diocese in the Far North Region of Cameroon. It was established as an apostolic prefecture in 1968 and promoted to a diocese on 29 January 1973, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Garoua.

Two Cameroonian cities, Maroua and Mokolo, together give their name to this Catholic diocese (Latin: Maruan(us)-Mokolen(sis)), which forms part of the ecclesiastical province of Garoua.
