The Diocese of Ngaoundéré is a Latin Rite diocese in the Adamawa Region of Cameroon, established in 1982 from the Archdiocese of Garoua. It is a suffragan of Garoua and has been led by Bishop Emmanuel Abbo since 2016.

The city of Ngaoundéré in Cameroon is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ngaoundéré (Latin: Ngaunderen(sis)), part of the ecclesiastical province of Garoua.
