The Diocese of Masaka is a Latin Church diocese in the Greater Masaka Region of Uganda, established as a diocese in 1953 from an apostolic vicariate dating to 1939. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Kampala.

History
Located in Masaka, Uganda, this diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Masakaensis) belongs to the Ecclesiastical Province of Kampala. It counts among the original dioceses established in Uganda and has never been divided since its creation.
